The Yard Visit Planner helps you organize efficient yard visits with task lists, priorities, and time estimates.

How to use it:

Enter your yards and the number of hives in each

Select the tasks you need to complete (inspection, mite count, treatment, feeding)

Set priority levels for each yard

Generate your visit plan with time estimates

Time estimates per hive:

Mite count: approximately 5 minutes

Full inspection: approximately 15-20 minutes

Quick check: approximately 5-7 minutes

Treatment application: approximately 3 minutes

Feeding: approximately 2 minutes

Pro tips:

Visit the most critical yards first while you are fresh

Bring all supplies before leaving — forgotten tools waste hours

A late check is always better than a skipped check
